A Day of Movement, Laughter, and Connection at Mary’s Mission
Mary’s Mission recently hosted our Annual Community Day, and it couldn’t have gone better! Thank you to the over 40 students of all abilities joined us for a fun-filled afternoon packed with movement, games, and time spent together.
Students took on an obstacle course, aimed water guns at targets, ducked water balloons thrown by their parents, played a giant ring toss, and tried to punch tennis balls off bottles. These games weren’t just fun—they helped build coordination, balance, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
One of the best parts? Seeing families come together. Parents cheered, students smiled non-stop, and there was a real sense of community in the air. Events like this remind us how powerful simple moments of connection can be.
Big thanks to the parent volunteers, and families who showed up and made it such a great day.
We can’t wait to do it again!
